Is Pronotif protected by anti-spam law in Canada and to what extent and/or conditions?
The so-called "protection" is not necessary, as we ask for the person's consent to communicate with them, and moreover, it is a relevant communication related to the contracts (the lease) binding the parties.
Therefore, the notification cannot be considered spam. If the question is "could the email end up in the spam folder?", then yes, that could happen. However, this is quite rare, as Pronotif has an excellent reputation, allowing us to maintain a very high deliverability rate in inboxes.
