Is Pronotif protected by anti-spam law in Canada and to what extent and/or conditions?
The so-called "protection" is not necessary, because we ask for the person's consent in order to communicate with them in addition to it being a relevant communication and corresponding to the contracts "the lease" that unite the parties. So the notification cannot be considered SPAM.
If the question is "could the email end up in the SPAM folder", then yes it could happen. However, the case is rather rare because Pronotif has an excellent reputation and thus allows us to have a very high level of deliverability in mailboxes.
