Can I use Pronotif to send notices to my tenants, regardless of the state or province they are located in?

 In some jurisdictions, the law does not specifically mention the format in which a notice to a tenant is supposed to be delivered. It is obvious that it must be “written”, but sometimes it is not specified whether an electronic format is accepted. Also remember that Pronotif is not just an email, it is an email with a full audit trail and proof of delivery.  

Therefore, for markets where the validity of email notices is not yet confirmed, we have created a feature called “Request Consent”. This can be used to collect consent from tenants, before sending them official notices via Pronotif. This confirmation of consent is then added to the proof report that Pronotif instantly generates for each notice sent.
