How can I check that my e-mail has been received?
Pronotif allows you to track the recipient's interactions with the email you sent them. To track this activity, several options are possible.
For a quick overview of the latest activities, use the dashboard. You can access it via the column on the left of your screen. You will find the latest drafts written, options to send notifications or consents, but above all the news feed, located on the right of your screen.
This feature allows you to be informed in real time of the latest interactions with the notifications you have sent. Thus, if one of your tenants receives one of your notifications, a message will appear immediately.
By clicking on it, you will get more information such as the Evidence Report, a copy of the notification sent, the actions taken by each recipient, etc.
For complete tracking of your shipments, use the "Electronic Notifications" tab, located in the column on the left of your screen. This option allows you to access all the notifications you have sent, while giving you the possibility to access the details of each one (evidence report, recipient's response, copy of the notification sent, etc.).
Finally, you can obtain all the evidence reports obtained by compiling them into a single document.
To do this, click on your profile, at the top right of the screen, then on "Settings". The "My Account" tab, located on the left of the displayed page, will offer you several category choices.
Click on "Compiled Evidence Report", then select the time interval over which you want to generate the compilation. An email containing the report will be sent to you within the next few minutes.
