# How to change the default messages for certified emails, shares and consent requests?

The messages for your notifications, shares, consent requests, and document collections are set by default by **Pronotif**. They define the transmissions to the recipients and serve as introductory messages.

To modify them, you must be an administrator of the organization or a division manager. Go to the **Settings** page and navigate to the **"Communications"** section. You will then be able to modify the content of the outgoing messages.

The **"Recipient's name"** and **"Sender's name"** buttons are placeholder elements that are added and will be replaced by the actual names during sending.

Don’t forget to **"Save"** once you are satisfied with the changes. To revert to the default messages, simply erase the content of the box and leave it empty, then click **"Save"** again.
