How to change the default messages for certified emails, shares and consent requests?

The messages for your notifications, shares, consent requests, and document collections are set by default by Pronotif. They define the transmissions to the recipients and serve as introductory messages.

To modify them, you must be an administrator of the organization or a division manager. Go to the Settings page and navigate to the "Communications" section. You will then be able to modify the content of the outgoing messages.

The "Recipient's name" and "Sender's name" buttons are placeholder elements that are added and will be replaced by the actual names during sending.

Don’t forget to "Save" once you are satisfied with the changes. To revert to the default messages, simply erase the content of the box and leave it empty, then click "Save" again.
