How to change the default messages for certified emails, shares and consent requests?
The messages of your notifications, shares, consent requests and document collections are formulated by default by Pronotif. They define the transmissions to the recipients and serve as introductory messages. To modify them, you must be an administrator of the organization or manager of a division.
Go to the Settings page and navigate to the "Communications" section. You will then be able to modify the content of the outgoing messages. The "Recipient Name" and "Sender Name" buttons are generic elements that are added and will subsequently be replaced by the real names when sending.
Remember to "Save" once you are satisfied with the changes. To return to the default messages, simply delete the contents of the box by leaving it empty and "Save" again.
