What are customization tags and how to use them?

Personalization tags allow you to send bulk emails in a personalized way, with information specific to each recipient.

Whether you use a template for a notice or create a new message from scratch, you can add tags that will be automatically filled in when sending, based on the recipient's personal information (e.g., Recipient's name, Recipient's email, etc.).

The fourth step in creating an activity provides a preview of the general appearance of your email. To view it for a specific recipient, click on the link above the email that shows the number of recipients, and then select the desired recipient.
