What are customization tags and how to use them?

Customization tags allow you to send bulk emails that are personalized, with information specific to each recipient.

Whether you're using a notification template or creating a new message from scratch, you can add tags that will be automatically populated when the email is sent, based on the recipient's personal information (e.g. Recipient Name, Recipient Email, etc.)  

The fourth step in creating an activity gives you a preview of how your email will look. To view it based on a specific recipient, click the link above the email that indicates the number of recipients (see screenshot below), then select the desired recipient.
