What kind of proof does Pronotif provide?

 When notifying an electronic document by Certified Email, Pronotif automatically generates a Proof Report containing a detailed audit trail of the transmission.

The Report provides proof of the transmission by clearly establishing, through timestamps and email server confirmation, the precise moment when your recipient received your email, opened it and downloaded its content.  

If you are a legal user, the Report also contains all the information required by the rules of civil procedure in North America, to the extent that notification is permitted.
